Cadaver dogs used to try and find the body of an NDSU researcher
Cooperstown, ND (WDAY TV) - Authorities are using cadaver dogs to try and find the body of an NDSU researcher killed in Cooperstown.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
Daniel Wacht has been accused of killing and decapitating 54-year-old Kurt Johnson. Authorities say they found Johnson's head in Wacht's home.
They say Johnson was last seen with Wacht on December 31st outside a downtown Cooperstown bar. A witness says Wacht pushed Johnson into the cargo area of a van. The Griggs County Sheriff says they're also following up on several leads.
