Sen. Klobuchar's Innovation Tour stops at MSUM

Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar is working on a piece of legislation to create more jobs in America.

Klobuchar toured MSUM's Hagen Hall as part of her Innovation tour. The senator says we need to be a country that makes things again.

To do it, she says we need two things, invention and trained students in research. New labs for bio-tech and bio-business are being built right now to give MSUM students a hands-on experience at school.

Klobuchar will visit 14 towns on her innovation tour.
