Elderly Waubun man charged with criminal vehicular operation

Detroit Lakes, Minn. (WDAY TV) - An elderly Waubun man is accused of hitting two people with his car at the Detroit Lakes Wal-Mart.
81-year old Charles Hanson faces charges of criminal vehicular operation and driving without a license. Police aren't releasing many details.
The victims were hit while they put bags into their car. Hanson told police his gas pedal got stuck.
Police say the injuries do not appear life threatening, but family tells us one person is in the ICU. Names haven't been released.
