Twenty-six-year-old Ivanna Red Bow allegedly stabbed Loren Uses
Arrow in the chest during an argument in her home on Dec. 30. Court
documents say he was later pronounced dead at a Fort Yates
hospital.
The Bismarck Tribune reports that Red Bow claimed in court she
was acting in self-defense. She is due back in court for a
preliminary hearing Jan. 14.
The Standing Rock Reservation straddles the North Dakota-South
Dakota border.
