FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Authorities trying to piece together what
happened during a massive pileup on Interstate 94 near Fargo during
a snow storm say answers will be slow in coming.
Highway Patrol Sgt. Dave Wolf tells The Forum newspaper that
reconstruction of last Thursday's wreck involving about 100
vehicles could take another week.
Wolf says people involved in the pileup are anxious for official
reports for insurance purposes, but officers need to integrate
videos, photographs, the notes and memories of officers and
statements from drivers. Troopers began the process Tuesday.
