in a quarter century. Rick Berg is the first North Dakota
Republican in the U.S. House in three decades. They're to take the
oath of office on Wednesday.
Hoeven easily defeated Democrat Tracy Potter in the Nov. 2

Dorgan. Berg defeated incumbent Democrat Earl Pomeroy with nearly
55 percent of the vote.
