Construction starts soon on Minnesota canola plant
HALLOCK, Minn. (AP) - Construction is due to start next Tuesday on a $160 million canola oil processing plant in the far northwestern Minnesota town of Hallock.

on a $160 million canola oil processing plant in the far
northwestern Minnesota town of Hallock.
Agweek reports that Northstar Agri Industries will operate the
processing plant and integrated refinery, which will be 88 percent
owned by PICO Holdings Inc.
The project is set to be completed in the fourth quarter of
2012.
