BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Federal prosecutors have charged a Cannonball woman with second-degree murder.

U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon said Monday that 26-year-old Ivanna
Red Bow is charged in the stabbing death of another person in the
Cannonball area on Dec. 30.
Other details were not released.
Purdon's office said the case is being investigated by the FBI
and the Bureau of Indian Affairs' Standing Rock Agency.
