FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo man has been charged in federal court after walking away from a halfway house.

Jeremy Enno is accused of escape from federal custody. Authorities say he left Centre Inc. in Fargo without authorization on Dec. 10. He was arrested in Fargo on Dec. 13.

Enno was sentenced in 2007 to serve six years in prison after he was convicted in a drug conspiracy. Authorities say he had been at the halfway house since Sept. 16 and was scheduled to be released on March 14.

Enno waived his right to a preliminary hearing, which had been scheduled earlier this week.
