FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo men imprisoned in 2008 for terrorizing an ex-girlfriend is again accused of terrorizing a woman he used to date.

Twenty-nine-year-old Terry Higdem allegedly threatened to harm the West Fargo woman's family if she did not come with him on Thanksgiving night, then locked her in a house bathroom for several hours and threatened her.

The Forum reports that Higdem's bond is set at $50,000 on terrorizing and felonious restraint charges. He did not return a telephone call seeking comment Tuesday.

In the 2008 incident, authorities say the woman secretly used a cell phone to let police know she was in trouble. Higdem later pleaded guilty to terrorizing and was sentenced to three years in prison. Court records show he was released from a halfway house in in September.
