Body found after Maple Grove house fire
MAPLE GROVE, Minn. (AP) — Firefighters have recovered a body after a blaze that destroyed a house in a Twin Cities suburb.
MAPLE GROVE, Minn. (AP) — Firefighters have recovered a body after a blaze that destroyed a house in a Twin Cities suburb.
The two-story house in Maple Grove was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived about 4 a.m. Monday.
Maple Grove Fire Chief Scott Anderson says authorities have not released the name of the victim.
Anderson says the home caved in. Crews worked to remove the rubble and do a systematic search for a missing man.
KSTP-TV says firefighters from Osseo helped put out the fire.
The cause of the fire isn't known.
