BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A man has been sentenced to more than three years in prison for helping another man break into a bar on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.

Jeremy Will and Scott Nalley are charged in federal court with burglary. Authorities say they pried open the front door of the "T Bar 3" in the early morning hours of May 19 and took cash, liquor and a flat screen TV.

Prosecutors say more than $1,500 in cash and nearly $3,500 worth of liquor was stolen.

U.S. District Judge Patrick Conmy sentenced Will to 37 months in prison with credit for time served. Will also was ordered to pay more than $6,800 in restitution.

Nalley is scheduled to be sentenced in April.
