Democrat Ed Gruchalla declared the winner in the District 45 House race
(WDAY TV) - 21-days after the election, we finally have a winner in the District-45 House race.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
After a lengthy recount today, Democrat Ed Gruchalla has been declared the official winner. He had a 9-vote lead after Election Day.
Tonight, he has 8-more votes than Republican Andrew Marshall. The votes were certified late tonight by the county recount board.
