Rothsay, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Icy roads may be to blame for a crash in Otter Tail County that injured two people.
It happened on I-94 near Rothsay around 7:30 this morning. A vehicle lost control, slid sideways into the ditch, and hit a tree.
Both people had to be extricated.
