Former Fergus Falls football coach pleads guilty to stealing from Chaska schools
(WDAY TV) - A former area football coach is pleading guilty to 1 count to stealing more than 75-hundred dollars from sports programs in the Chaska, Minnesota school district.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
Phil Link has been given a 1-year, suspended sentence. It means if he doesn't get in trouble over the next 2-years, he won't go to jail.
He also has to complete 50-hours of community service, and can't coach. Link was also fined 185-dollars.
Link coached the Fergus Falls baseball and football teams before leaving for Chaska in 2005.
