Winner of the Citizen of the Year Award facing 28-counts of possessing child pornography

Baxter, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A man from the Baxter, Minnesota, the winner of Brainerd's 2010 Citizen of the year Award, is facing 28-counts of possessing child pornography.
Authorities say 52-year-old Steve Augustinack had 28-files of child pornography on his computer. 75-thousand files of adult pornography.
He says he will not accept the Citizen of the Year Award. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of 5-years in prison and/or a $5-thousand dollar fine.
