Langdon, ND (WDAY TV) - Police are looking for a man who's accused of having sexual contact with a girl when she was 3-years-old.
Jace Mckittrick is accused of strapping down the girl's ankles and wrists before having sexual contact with her. It happened in Langdon, North Dakota. The girl is now 9-years old.
According to the criminal complaint, McKittrick taped the girl to the bed and touched her in a sexual manner while she was clothed. Mckittrick was 15 or 16 at the time, but is now an adult. He's facing a GSI charge in Cavalier County.
