ND oil patch city gets more housing
WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — A new housing development is opening in Williston, a city in the heart of western North Dakota's housing-strained oil patch.
WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — A new housing development is opening in Williston, a city in the heart of western North Dakota's housing-strained oil patch.
The eight-building Waters Edge development has 51 two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, along with a community building, a half basketball court and picnic areas.
The $7.3 million project received financial help through state and federal loan and credit programs.
