BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (AP) — The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has released the name of the 17-year-old boy who died at a Brooklyn Park water park.
Youtee Pour, of Champlin, was found unconscious at the bottom of the three-story Hurricane Plunge ride at the Grand Rios Water Park Saturday. The slide sends riders down a tube at up to 45 mph before they land in a bowl, get a final spin and are dumped into an eight-foot-deep pool.
The medical examiner's office says the manner and cause of death are pending further investigation.
