Pelican Rapids man suffers broken leg after his deer stand collapsed

Pelican Rapids, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Pelican Rapids man is recovering from a broken leg after his deer stand collapsed. It happened off Highway 21 early this morning.
81-year-old Thomas Shulstad fell about 15 feet to the ground. He was taken to a Fargo hospital.
