BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The case against three men accused of stealing $330,000 from an armored car in Bismarck will be tried in federal court.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The case against three men accused of stealing $330,000 from an armored car in Bismarck will be tried in federal court.
Michael Link, Matthew Fiechtner and Nathan Tuenge are charged with conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States and bank larceny. They were originally charged in state court.
State court documents show that Link provided keys for the truck, Fiechtner made duplicates of the keys, and Fiechtner and Tuenge removed money from the truck while dressed to resemble drivers.
Trial has been set for Jan. 11.
