Alerus Center hosting Pride of Dakota Showcase

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — The Alerus Center in Grand Forks will be a showcase for North Dakota products this weekend.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — The Alerus Center in Grand Forks will be a showcase for North Dakota products this weekend.

The events center is hosting a Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase on Saturday and Sunday. State Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring says more than 120 vendors are expected to take part.

Pride of Dakota is a program administered by the state Agriculture Department that helps promote businesses with products made in the state. More than 400 companies are members. The program is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcases also are scheduled this month in the All Seasons Arena on the State Fairgrounds in Minot and in the Civic Auditorium in Fargo. Early next month, the Bismarck Civic Center will host one.
