Football Plays of the Wee 11/3

(WDAY Sports) - Wednesday night means it's time to celebrate the best of the best on the gridiron. Let's start with Ada-Borup.

We have to first salute the weather this season. We had only one night of awful weather. That was last week for playoffs; although in the snow in Fergus Falls last Tuesday looked pretty cool.

There were some great runs to spotlight this past week. We begin with Moorhead’s Matt Duginski, who simply refuses to go down against Duluth East, breaking loose for the 80-yard touchdown. He had 5 scores in the first half!

In the quarterfinals against Minot, South's Taylor Parker after catching the pass breaks four tackles before going out of bounds. That was a great effort.

How about some catches? Ada-Borup's Xavier Munoz leaping and falling backwards and makes the touchdown catch.

On defense, Detroit Lakes' Brian Labat with the leaping interception at the line, what great reflexes.

This play was great on both ends. Wyndmere-Lidgerwood's Brock Wieber falling down and gets the pass off, and Luis Vasquez comes up with the diving catch for six.
