South Dakota man dies in North Dakota crash
GENESEO, N.D. (AP) — A South Dakota man is dead after a crash about 1 1/2 miles across the border in southeastern North Dakota.
GENESEO, N.D. (AP) — A South Dakota man is dead after a crash about 1 1/2 miles across the border in southeastern North Dakota.
The Highway Patrol says 64-year-old William Larson of New Effington, S.D., was driving a pickup truck that rear-ended a grain cart being pulled by a tractor on N.D. Highway 18.
Larson died at the scene about 9:40 p.m. Monday. The tractor driver, 46-year-old Mike Meyer of Wahpeton, was not injured.
The patrol says the tractor and grain cart were equipped with lights.
