Public Notification of High Risk Sex Offender

FARGO, N.D. (October 29, 2010) – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that high risk registered sex offender, Daniel St. Claire, is living at 528 27th St. N., Fargo, ND.

St. Claire has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee. He is currently under the supervision of the North Dakota Department of Corrections Office of Parole and Probation. The following information describes St. Claire and his offense:

Offense Background:

Daniel St. Claire was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition, class B felony, in 2006 in Foster County District Court, North Dakota. The victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15. He is a lifetime registrant.
