Man to plead in drug case
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man says he will plead guilty in federal court to dealing drugs in Fargo. Charles Johnson is charged with three counts, including distribution of a controlled substance. Authorities say he was dealing in crack cocaine.

Charles Johnson is charged with three counts, including distribution of a controlled substance. Authorities say he was dealing in crack cocaine.
Johnson also is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Court documents show that he has four felony convictions in Michigan.
A change of plea hearing has not been set.
