Woman to plead in arson case
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Fort Yates woman says she will plead guilty to arson.

Rebecca Ann Marshall is accused in federal court of setting fire to a home in November 2009. Authorities say she was renting it from the Standing Rock Housing Authority.
A plea hearing has not been set.
Marshall faces a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison. The government is asking that she pay nearly $73,000 for the damage.
