Nearly 800-students from Ellen Hopkins Elementary School marched to the Extreme Home Makeover sight. They made signs thanking ABC and the thousands of volunteers. Students say its fun helping their classmate.
“Its actually really cool to me and this is my brother’s friend. He went to pre-school with him so it’s pretty cool that they're doing this for my brother’s friend, it really is.”
The Grommeshes will see their home for the first time Sunday.
