FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A South Dakota man sentenced to three years probation for stealing an ATM machine from a convenience store in southeastern North Dakota is back in federal court.

Erik Wilson of Sisseton, S.D., is one of three men who pleaded guilty to bank robbery. Prosecutors say the ATM was stolen in March 2008 from a store in Fairmount. The machine was destroyed and emptied of cash.

Authorities say Wilson has violated several terms of his probation, including requirements that he get a job, perform community service, abstain from alcohol, enter a treatment program and pay restitution.

A hearing in North Dakota federal court has not been set.
