Kelly Services holds job fair featuring new openings

Kelly Services held a job fair from 1 to 4 at Job Service North Dakota, featuring many new openings in customer service, call centers, assemblers and machine operators.

Interviews are done immediately. The manager of Job Services says less people have come here looking for work lately, and there are about 55 more job openings than at this time last year.

“I think the economy is doing better in Fargo. We're seeing less people come into our office. Last week we had about 13-hundred people where as a year ago it was 26-hundred people and our job openings have increased quite a bit over the last four or five months.”

Aas says jobs are still limited in areas like manufacturing and retail.
