Manvel man charged with killing his brother waives his right to a preliminary hearing

Manvel, ND (WDAY TV) - A Manvel, North Dakota man facing charges for killing his brother waived his right to a preliminary hearing yesterday.

    Grand Forks County authorities say one man has been arrested after dozens of stolen farm implements were found at his properties in rural Manvel and Mekinock.

Manvel, ND (WDAY TV) - A Manvel, North Dakota man facing charges for killing his brother waived his right to a preliminary hearing yesterday.

45-year-old Rodney Chisholm is accused of killing 59-year-old Donald Chisholm.

Rodney will be back in court later this month for his arraignment.
