Teen who was accidentally shot is now in satisfactory condition

Grandin, ND (WDAY TV) - An update on a story we've been following for you.
16-year old Payton Rufsvold is now in satisfactory condition at Sanford. He was accidentally shot by another 16-year old last week.
His parents say his physical condition will help him recover. He was the quarterback for Norman County West.
The 16-year old from Grandin was taken into juvenile detention. He faces charges of reckless endangerment and underage drinking. The Rufsvold family says their hearts go out to the others families involved in this avoidable incident.
