Grandin, ND (WDAY TV) - A 16-year-old Halstad boy is out of intensive care after suffering a shotgun wound to the stomach at a party near Grandin.
According to the Payton Rufsvold's CaringBridge site he was taken out of I-C-U today.
Authorities say Payton was shot last Thursday by a 16-year-old boy from Grandin who thought the shotgun wasn't loaded.
