Fargo hospital's name changing to Essentia Health

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - More big changes in health care in Fargo. Innovis Health is changing its name to Essentia Health, its Duluth based parent company.
Innovis merged with Essentia in 2008. The change will include all of Essentia's 17 hospitals, 62 clinics and 750 physicians, creating a single organization.
The goal is to create efficiency and reduce health care costs. Patients will see changes in the logo over the next few months. Essentia will add the new tagline: “Here with you.”
