WILLMAR, Minn. (AP) — A 23-year-old Sartell man faces a new criminal sexual misconduct charge with a 14-year-old girl just days after being sentenced for a sexual relationship with a different 14-year-old.

The West Central Tribune reported that Derrick Jose Arredondo faces a third-degree sexual conduct charge in Kandiyohi County District Court after Willmar police learned that a young girl in Oregon was pregnant with his baby.

The girl lived with her father in Kandiyohi County until June and kept in contact with Arredondo using e-mail and Facebook. Arredondo's next court appearance is Oct. 5.

Arredondo was sentenced in his first case on Aug. 16 to 48 months in prison, which was stayed, 15 years of probation and 145 days in jail. A phone number or attorney for Arredondo was not found.
