Local job website used for scam

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Fargo Police say they'll probably never find out who was behind an online scam on the popular website JobsHQ.com. The website posts open jobs throughout the region.
Police say a woman from out of our area applied for a position as an office assistant and was hired. She received a check in the mail for about five thousand dollars.
She was given instructions to keep 500 dollars and send the rest to a California. The check turned out to be counterfeit.
