GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — An Oct. 28 sentencing has been scheduled in Grand Forks for two people who pleaded guilty in an armed holdup of a Gilby bank.

Forty-seven-year-old William Collins of Nashville, Tenn., faces at least 22 years in prison and could get a life sentence.

Forty-eight-year-old Debra Jensen of Grand Forks faces up to 10 years in prison, though Assistant U.S. Attorney Keith Reisenauer says her plea agreement calls for her to serve three years on probation.

Authorities say Jensen bought a shotgun that was used by Collins and another man to threaten a teller in the May 2009 robbery.

A judge earlier ruled William Patterson of Grand Forks incompetent to stand trial for his role in the robbery. Patterson has been ordered to undergo mental health treatment.
