Vergas business destroyed by fire

Vergas, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Vergas area business is likely a total loss after an early morning fire.
It happened at Spanky's Stone Hearth and Hilltop Lounge on Rose Lake about 1:15. By the time firefighters arrived, the kitchen was in flames.
The cause isn't known. The state fire marshal is looking at the extent of damage. The restaurant is closed indefinitely.
