Heavy rains flood streets in the northern part of the valley
(WDAY TV) - The Skies opened up in some parts of the Valley today. A brief, but strong downpour hit here in the F-M area.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
This video is from the Northern part of the Red River Valley.
There are reports of 2-inches of rain in some places. It flooded some streets, slowing traffic at intersections and low lying areas.
