FARIBAULT, Minn. (AP) — A Faribault man is accused of driving while impaired in a fatal river crash.
Twenty-two-year-old Mitchell Ryan Bongers faces arraignment in Rice County District Court Wednesday in the crash that killed 20-year-old Brittney Landsverk. She was a passenger in a car that plunged into the Cannon River in April. Her body was found in June, less than a mile downstream from the crash site.
