West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - West Fargo homeowners may see a spike in their water and garbage bills next year. City leaders have to approve the budget by October.
The rate hikes would bring in 423-thousand dollars to offset costs. Garbage bills would increase from one dollar to 11 dollars a month.
People would pay 50 cents more for every one thousand gallons of water.
