Deer Creek, Minn. (WDAY TV) - An Otter Tail County man is accused, again, of having a large collection of child pornography.
52-year-old Edward Andrist, of Deer Creek, is charged with possession of child porn.
Authorities say he had more than three thousand images of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. In 2003, he was convicted on similar charges.
