Fargo pilot escapes injury after emergency landing near Park Rapids

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo pilot is O-K after an emergency landing in a lake near Park Rapids.
70-year old Lawrence Larson landed his home-made float plane on Petit Lake, when his plane lost power. Larson wasn't injured, and was able to swim to shore.
The plane is being pulled from the lake and is being inspected by the F-F-A. Petit Lake is about 9-miles Northeast of Park Rapids.
