High school working to replace books ruined by the June 17th tornado
Wadena, Minn. (WDAY TV) - After the June 17th tornado heavily damage the Wadena-Deer Creek High School, the library is now working to replace thousands of books that were also ruined.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
The school's media specialist says more than 7-thousand books need to be replaced because many of the them got wet after the school's sprinkler system went off. The library is hoping to raise $10-thousand dollars to replace books.
So far they have about $4-thousand in donations. 100-percent of all money raised will be used for the books.
