ND woman sentenced in drug case

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo woman has been sentenced to three years in prison on a drug charge. Megan Lynn Harris was charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance. The offense carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison.

Megan Lynn Harris was charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance. The offense carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison.

The 26-year-old Harris is accused of attempting to distribute at least 500 grams of methamphetamine in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Prosecutors say Harris and others arranged to transport meth from the Willmar, Minn., area to Fargo.
