Wimbledon has rash of burglaries

WIMBLEDON, N.D. (AP) - State and local authorities are investigating a rash of burglaries in the southeast North Dakota town of Wimbledon.

Investigators say an undisclosed amount of cash and several items were reported missing from a bar, a general store and a parts store last week.

Fewer than 250 people live in the Barnes County town.
