Video: Trapped driver is rescued before van bursts into flames
(WDAY TV) - A doctor and police officers are being credited with saving a man's life in Rochester, Minnesota after a daring rescue that was caught on tape.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
A van crashed into a tree and started smoking with the driver trapped behind the wheel.
Dr. Mark Christopherson, a spinal cord doctor at Mayo, heard the crash and ran outside to help. A police officer kept the driver's head and neck in place while the doctor pulled him from the car seconds before it burst into flames!
