Judge to decide if pit bulls are considered dangerous
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - New information tonight in connection with that pit-bull attack on a Fargo U-P-S worker earlier this summer.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
Two unleashed pit-bulls attacked and injured driver Sam Mandan as he delivered packages to an apartment in South Fargo. The owner of the dogs was issued a citation.
Next week, the city prosecutor will present evidence that could result in a judge ruling the two pit bulls are dangerous. It could force the owner to pay fees and register the dogs. There is a trial set for September in connection with the "dog at large" citation.
