MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say a Minot man faces his fifth drunken driving charge after a police chase.
MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say a Minot man faces his fifth drunken driving charge after a police chase.
Police say officers responded to a call on Tuesday night about a possible drunken driver at a fast food restaurant parking lot.
Police say officers approached 29-year-old Demaian Olson, who drove off. Police say Olson ran a stop light and nearly stuck a police cruiser during the chase.
Police say Olson drove to his home and was arrested in his driveway. He is being held in the Ward County jail.
