BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A 59-year-old woman from south-central North Dakota is accused of being a serial drunken driver.

The latest charge against Lynda Ternes-Devine of St. Anthony is a felony, because it is her fifth in seven years. She allegedly struck a pedestrian with her vehicle on May 12 in Morton County. Her bond was set at $3,000 cash Tuesday.
Ternes-Devine also faces a misdemeanor DUI charge in Burleigh County for an April 21 incident in which she is suspected of striking an 84-year-old man with her car in downtown Bismarck.
